Alumina grain with a poly/cotton heat treated backing. The poly/cotton combination provides low stretch and strength for the high Zirconia concentration that Z3 contains. Note: Z3 Ultimate discs are stocked only in 4-1/2" diameter. 5" available with a 300 piece minimum order quantity. Z3 Ultimate WIDER & XTRA Material 60 and 80 grit Z3 Ultimate Flap Discs Extra wide material width – 30% more material than regular Z3 flap discs. Unique flap design structure – cushion-like impact for more controlled stock removal and better finishing results. We recommend 80 grit ultimate for best finishing applications.
