Rotor Honing Brushes are used to produce the ideal surface finish on automotive and motorcycle disc brake rotors, automotive fly wheels and clutch plates.

Commonly used to finish and deglaze block cylinders or liners and represent a tremendous value on a cost per cylinder basis. Additional abrasive types and grits are available.

Standard Duty Honing Brushes are designed for bore diameters from 3-1/4" thru 4-5/8" and are 13 -1/2" OAL.

Heavy-duty Flex-Hones are commonly used for block cylinders or liners, stationary diesel, oil and gas pipes, marine engine and may other applications. The heavy duty tool is recommended for large diameter or high production applications. Additional abrasive types and grits are available.

Heavy Duty Honing Brushes are designed for bore diameters from 3" thru 8" in a twisted-in-wire construction.

Extra Heavy Duty Honing Brushes are designed for bore diameters from 19" thru 36". They are constructed using a steel drum with replaceable honing sections allowing one drum to cover a range of bore diameters and to allow multiple grits or abrasive types.

Shaft diameters range from 3/4" to 1-1/4", depending on drum diameter.
