Z3 Ultimate, USA Made Flap Discs
  • Z3 Ultimate flap discs have fewer flaps than Z3 XL flap discs which allows the material to further spread out reducing heat generation for easier break down compared to XL discs.
  • Alumina grain with a poly/cotton heat treated backing. The poly/cotton combination provides low stretch and strength for the high Zirconia concentration that Z3 contains.
  • Note: Z3 Ultimate discs are stocked only in 4-1/2" diameter. 5" available with a 300 piece minimum order quantity.

  • 36 and 40 grit Z3 Ultimate flap discs offer 30% more material than regular Z3 flap discs.
